Join us in congratulating Dr. Teresa Gatt on officially earning her Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist status through the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) in December 2024🌟 In May 2024, Dr. Teresa achieved outstanding results, scoring 95% in the written exam and an impressive 100% in both small animal practical exams.

Since completing the WVAG acupuncture course in the UK in 2021, Dr. Teresa has been practising veterinary acupuncture, helping countless pets manage pain, improve mobility, and lead healthier lives. This certification reflects her passion and commitment to advancing her skills for the benefit of her patients.

🎉 Acupuncture Success Story – Meet Chuckie! 🎉

Chuckie, an 11-year-old dog, was presented to us with sudden onset paralysis just a month ago. When Dr. Teresa first saw him, he couldn’t even pass stools and had completely lost the ability to walk. After being referred by another vet, we immediately started Acupuncture and Electroacupuncture treatment.

Fast forward a month of consistent care along with physiotherapy with Physiovetathome - last Friday, we finally had a breakthrough - Chuckie stood up! Over the weekend, he even started walking again! 🙌 While his gait isn’t 100% back to normal yet, the progress is incredible, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to see him on his feet!

Acupuncture has been a game-changer in Chuckie’s recovery, and we are excited to continue supporting his journey toward full mobility.
