Last week we had 9 cancellations.
8 of them were new customers that booked via phone call , and cancelled last minute or didn't bother to advise at all. 1 of them was a returning customer that called in sick and is understandable and we re-scheduled his appointment without hesitation.

We are an appointment based business. If you cancel last minute or simply decide to just not show up, keep in mind that we have to spend at least 1 hour doing nothing and our bills still have to be paid for. We Prefer to spend that hour with our families rather than doing nothing so please show some respect for us.

We respect our returning customers and we do understand that sometimes things happens and you have to cancel which is fine for us but the least you can do is advise us as soon as possible.

For new customers we simply cannot accept more booking via phone call. We will require a deposit and first time booking can only be made in person at the shop or online.

Sorry we had to make this decision but we think it's fair enough for both sides.
