For anyone in La Cruz or nearby who would like to get their dog or cat spayed/neutered, there is a free clinic March 10-13.

Neutered males have less problems with aggression, and operated females and males are less likely to have certain health problems, and live longer in general.

Meet Tofy! Tofy was a stray whose owner found him in La Cruz. Most likely due to being abandoned by many different owners, he has severe separation anxiety.

The first time he came in for training a few weeks ago, he was obsessed with finding his owner who had left him with me, barking at any car driving by, and attacking dogs that got near him. He had no interest in treats or getting pet, just wanted to find his mom.

Now, he is finally starting to relax. Each day he is getting better and better. It makes me so happy as a trainer to see Tofy progress, and his owner slowly less stressed about him.

Welcome Toby to my pack. He comes from A Dog's New Life AC and is doing a two week intensive training before going to his forever home. Day 1 of leash skills and he is learning so fast!

I love to help new owners make sure that their adoption is a success.

Meet Moose and Ryder.

These two shelter dogs are going through my one month training program before flying to their families in California. I am excited to set them up for success with their new owners. Today they are just getting to sniff around the property and adjusting to life outside the shelter. Tomorrow, official training begins!

Hello friends this is Boris and Compita. Boris is the pitbull, this was his first time playing with another dog. Boris is 6 years old, strong male looking for a home her owner is trying to find him a forever family. She can`t keep him anymore. He is a great dog needs a strong handler, loves people and dogs. He needs to learn how to socialize with alpha dogs, he is used to be the alpha dog.
