❗️Important announcement❗️

Due to an increase in canceled appointments and late arrivals, I regret to inform you of the new policy taking effect on 4/8/2024.

Canceled appointments and rescheduling appointments will require 4 business days notice. Failure to give proper notice will result in the following fees:
-failure to cancel or reschedule without 4 business days notice will result in $25 fee per pet.
-no call/no show appointments as well as same day cancellations will be charged the full groom price before being able to be put back on the schedule.
-15 minutes late or more will result in a $15 fee.

This decision was not made lightly! The policy above has been put in place in order for me to take care of each client/pet as scheduled. Trying to make up for lost time is not only stressful to the groomer, but for your pet as well!
