PLEASE SHARE and JOIN US IN OUR FIGHT AGAINST ANIMAL CRUELTY! Monroe County Prosecutor, Michael G. Roehrig, is responsible for and needs to be held accountable for prosecuting a Criminal Case against subjects, Paul Steury and Peter Steven Miller, who evidence shows are violators of Michigan Consolidated Cruelty Statutes, i.e., MCL 750.50, Duty to Provide Adequate Care Provision. Monroe SPCA and Luvnpupz’s Complaint is and always has been Animal Cruelty - we allege Steury and Miller are animal abusers. We have submitted evidence which overwhelming shows this to be the case. Our complaints and reports along with supporting evidence, thereby, meets the prosecutor’s burden of “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Evidence submitted includes 54 dogs and related vet records/statements/photos/reports – those 54 dogs, all acquired in Monroe County, Michigan, and not one of which veterinary findings concluded were in a state of good health/maintained in a state of good health at or prior to time of acquisition – 54 dogs – each a victim of animal cruelty.

(4) Lead investigator, Raymo, has submitted reports/complaints/all supporting evidence of animal cruelty to Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office for prosecution by the Monroe County Prosecutor in Monroe County, Michigan beginning in April of 2019 continuing through October 18, 2019.
Also of Relevance:
(5) Lead investigator Raymo, is directly responsible for the involvement of AG Nessel and an on-going civil case from Michigan Attorney General’s Office against Steury and Miller – Raymo submitted his reports (from the County of Monroe) along with supporting evidence he collected during County of Monroe criminal investigation to AG’s Office – AG’s Office has been clear from the start, their pursuit is and would only be a Civil Case against Steury and Miller;
(6) The AG’s Office has said, also, that their pursuit of a Civil Case (Lawsuit) against Steury and Miller does not prevent the Monroe County Prosecutor’s Office from pursuing Criminal Prosecution of Steury and/or Miller (as well as a number of other involved subjects indicated during criminal investigation in Monroe County, Michigan).
