PAINTED DESERT - This is a follow up post from December 31st. This mobile is unique in the fact that these two pieces of wood were submerged for years off the Florida coast until John Claytor harvested them. I personally like the simplicity of two bold pieces united to create one. Our mobiles are intended for indoors; and while this piece appears to be heavy, it is actually quite light in weight. WHITE ORCHID - This piece grew and evolved the longer I designed it. Once completed, it started to dance. The shells becoming delicate white petals, and the two center pieces becoming the root system. The purity, elegance and beauty of the dance looked like a white orchid, hence the name.

Like most, 2022 was filled with challenges and many blessings. We decided to move back to the United States and have been working hard to get our studio up and running near Ocala, Florida.
