In order to make a difference, our foundation is organized into two separate but interdependent teams. We have the animal nursing and caring team that focuses entirely on the daily needs of those cats and kittens, and also the nerdy team, which strives to find charitable donations and support from the public. The animal care team works hard to provide the best food, medicine and care for the fur b
alls, ensuring that they are able to recover from whatever life had put them through. In general, we care for cats/kittens that are ill, disease infected (e.g. feline sporotrichotis), pregnant cats, injured cats, and abandoned cats/kittens. On the other hand, the nerdy team (or as we like to call it, the marketing team) is passionate about making the efforts and dreams of Meowy Cat Shelter known to the world. We do our best to help Meowy Shelter through various approaches so as to allow a continuous flow of non-profit income into Meowy. Rest assure that all donations and support given towards Meowy Shelter are solely for the improvement of our kitties life quality. There are many ways, YOU as a HUMAN BEING can contribute to Meowy Cat Shelter. So if you love to care for animals, JOIN US!!! If you wanna help but prefer to offer a technical skill (business, marketing, drawing, etc.) All in all, we love to hear from the public. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CAT UNTIL END OF NOVEMBER 🚨
More and more cats and kittens are being abandoned every day.
Our shelter is overwhelmed with phone calls and requests for help.
We are truly sorry — but we are full and over capacity.
There are already too many cats under our care, including sick, injured, and special-needs cats.
We understand your concern when you see cats at markets, apartments, supermarkets, factories, and other areas — and we wish we could save them all. Unfortunately, we cannot take in any more cats at this time.
If you find stray cats:
🐾 TNR (Trap–Neuter–Return) if you can catch them — it’s the most effective way to control the stray population.
🐾 Feed and monitor them safely in their area.
🐾 Post online for adopters or fosterers.
Your understanding and compassion mean the world to us. 💛

Pui Pui’s Miracle Story 🧡🐾
An orange male cat wandered into a kind person’s compound — weak, thin, and covered in wounds. He was later diagnosed with Sporotrichosis (Sporo), a serious fungal infection. His condition was heartbreaking; the infection had eaten away his testicle and spread across his body.
When he arrived at the Shelter, he was nothing but skin and bones. Shelter immediately began treatment — cleaning his wounds, removing dead tissue, and providing round-the-clock care. For one long week in our “ICU,” Pui Pui was force-fed blended recovery food with supplements and given subcutaneous fluids every two hours.
It was a tough battle, but Pui Pui never gave up. 💪
Today, this brave boy has 80% recovered. His rescuer has agreed to give him a forever home. 🏡❤️

Hi There! Thank you for visiting Meowy Cat Shelter. Meowy Cat Shelter was set up in September 2014 with a dying cat name Kaka. Kaka was a hit and run cat that was found in the middle of the road in May 2014. With its head injured and struggling for life. Kaka was nursed back to health and journey to find a home for her begun. Alas , I am not able to find a home just a lot of rejections. At the same time I discovered that there are no place for special need cats and kittens. “ MEOWY BORN SEPT 2014”
An average of 50 kittens been accepted by Shelter with a survival rate of 80% monthly and an average adoption rate of 30 kittens per month. Adult cats with serious case are accepted at an average of 15 cats and survival rate depending on the extend of injuries.
Kittens room was set up , instead of cage up they have their place to play.
