本人，去年11/2013 开始这种养殖法。不用换水的麻烦。家居，室内，室外，都可以。什么鱼都可以养。

鱼菜共生系统

鱼菜共生是指把鱼的粪便和水中的杂质分解成肥料，再供应给鱼缸上的蔬菜，同时蔬菜的根系会把鱼缸内的水净化。
使用鱼菜共生技术种植的蔬菜不需添加肥料和农药。

stem, water from an aquaculture system is fed to a hydroponic system where the by-products are broken down by nitrogen-fixing bacteria into nitrates and nitrites, which are utilized by the plants as nutrients. The water is then recirculated back to the aquaculture system. As existing hydroponic and aquaculture farming techniques form the basis for all aquaponics systems, the size, complexity, and types of foods grown in an aquaponics system can vary as much as any system found in either distinct farming discipline.
