The flag off ceremony was officially launched by the Deputy Finance Minister, YB Lim Hui Ying, accompanied by YB Lim Guan Eng, YB Joseph Ng, YB Ong Ah Teong and YB Wong Yuee Harng.

Throwing back to the time when thousands of happy walkers turned the heritage enclave into a sea of brown at the George Town Heritage Day City Walk 2024!

The 5-km walk took place on 7 July in celebration of the 16th anniversary of George Town's UNESCO World Heritage Site listing, where participants got up close to some of the earliest buildings, sights, places of worship, and more in George Town!

We hope you enjoyed walking down some of the oldest streets in the city and discovering the beauty of George Town with your loved ones!
