MAWA shelter is in need of help to repair the damage caused by a fallen tree.
The tree belongs to our neighbour but they are not taking responsibility. we can file a case and. do whatever but this is going drag and put the dogs in risk. we had to remove the dogs from. 4 completely broken kennels . another 2 has roof damage.
Please spread this and get some help.

Utmost Urgent and Important.
PLEASE HELP
Our Neighbour's durian tree fell into our compound. the damages are severe. It damaged our fencing, gate and few kennels.
rushed to check on the furkids and thank god none of them were injured but they were traumatised.
we tried speaking to our neighbour but were not successful.
The first thing to do is to remove the fallen tree followed by to fix the fencing and gate. the next thing will be to fix the kennels.
we are checking on the cost to get all these done.

Received a call from Mr Shan on abuse case at Taiping. A man found using shovel to hit a dog that is tied. Poor dog did not have room to escape nor to hide. MAWA guided him on the police report and dvs report. he has done all the report and no action from the DVS. .
Please viral this video till the culprit is caught by DVS.

Driving from home to Shelter to check on the kids and noticed 4 new puppies on the middle of the road. saw the feeder and he said it was newly dumped. In last one year, MAWA has picked more than 40 puppies and mummies from this particular spot.

Justice for Kopi
updates on today's gathering.
a memorandum was submitted to Dr Razli, director for regulatory division.
about 200 people were gathered along with 12 or more NGOs, Lawyers for Animal Rights.
MAWA would like to thank all those who signed the petition, present at the gathering and supported.

First of all, on behalf of all the NGOs, we would like to thank all those present today at IPD Sentul to show your support for KOPI.
The report was lodged by Mr Sashi from Furry Future Association and represented all those presented today. Lawyer will file a civil suit against the council next week.
