Hello everyone ! Fluffy Time will resume business on tomorrow (23/12/2020) and the operation hour has temporary changed as 12.00pm - 8.00pm until further notice.
Indoor and outdoor animal area will be close temporarily due to still waiting for an official reply but still can view our furkids through the glasswall.
The covid-19 pandemic has dealt severe blows to us. Thanks for everyone’s concern, encouragement and support ❤️

至今天到访的顾客，今天有什么招待不周的敬请原谅，因为今天Butter被带回来了，可是满身伤痕，为了及时抢救，我们分配人手马上送它去治疗，所以导致店内人手不足招待不周。至于Butter的情况还没度过危险期，医生怀疑它被暴晒在太阳底下导致脱水，而且看似有被虐待的痕迹，希望Butter能度过危险期🙏🏻🙏🏻Peanut在等着你痊愈陪他玩呢😢
For the customers who visited today, please forgive us if there is any insufficiencies for you in this meal because Butter was brought back today but its body was covered with scars. In order to rescue it in time, we have send it to the clinic immediately so we were short staffed today. As for Butter's situation still in a critical condition, doctor suspects that it has been exposed to the sun and cause dehydration and seems to have signs of abuse. We hope Butter can pass through this crisis 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Peanut is waiting for you to play with him 😢

本店遭到小偷闯入破门行窃，店内多件贵重物品遗失，最痛恨的是他们偷走的不只是钱财与物品，也有数只动物也被偷走，其中3只龙猫与1只雪貂至今未能寻获。
本店也很遗憾地向各位顾客宣布，本店的臭鼬—Nut Nut在这次恶意行窃中不幸丧生。在寻获它时已第一时间进行紧急处理及送入医院抢救，却依然无力回天……Nut Nut，你一定是知道我们来救你了，你知道我们来带你回家了你才安心的闭上眼睛。你留下给我们太多快乐的回忆，常开玩笑嫌弃你放屁臭，可我好想能再次嗅到你的味道……你走以后或许最想你的是Labby，每次都追着他尾巴来欺负，没了你，Labby一定很不习惯吧……
Nut Nut给予我们及各位顾客诸多的快乐，它将永远在大家的记忆中奔跑。
在此，为了配合警方，本店没办法透露太多。只希望能尽快逮到贼人救回我们的龙猫和雪貂，我们不知道小动物们是否还存活，可是这是我们唯一的希望，希望大家能给予我们正能量。
本店因需处理各种问题也会暂停营业直到另行通知，谢谢。
