Last night, another rescue, a mother cat and her kittens. Unfortunately, cases like this are becoming all too common. Abandonment of pets has sadly become the norm in this country. I guess it's like everywhere.

Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR), which helps prevent overpopulation and improves the health and well-being of stray animals. Please consider supporting or participating in TNR programs to make a positive impact in our community.

We can't save them all, but at least we can save some, especially when they are right in front of our eyes.

May Allah ease our affairs, InshaAllah. Ameen Ya Rabb.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

As we entered a new month today, The FourFeet Crib is still facing critical challenges and our 50+ beloved furkids urgently need your support. Since August, we’ve been grappling with a flu virus affecting many of our cats, leading to increased vet visits and care needs.

Our monthly expenses are mounting, covering essential costs like rent, utilities, caregiver salary, and supplies. This month, we need to raise at least $2,500 to ensure our furkids receive the proper care they deserve. And we URGENTLY need to clear our Rental and also our Caregiver's Salary by today. At this point in time we have ZERO funds as whatever we had received has already been utilised for some essentials.

Cost Breakdown:
Rent: RM1,400 (Paid)
Utilities: RM400+
Caregiver Salary: RM1,400
Kibbles (Cats & Dogs): RM1800
Canned Food (Cats & Dogs): RM1,500
Litter Sand: RM1,000

I've noticed a growing number of abandoned animals lately, which weighs heavily on my heart. As an independent happened to be a so called "RESCUER" and also running a mini Cat shelter (unintentionally actually), I strive to help every helpless cat I encounter, but the reality is that I can't save them all. I’m currently juggling numerous commitments and responsibilities and my resources are limited. And I have only Mages to care for these 50 over rescued kids.

If I were wealthy, my dream would be to purchase land and create an animal sanctuary, where I could care for every animal in need. Unfortunately, that’s not my reality. I genuinely want to help, but financial constraints prevent me from taking in more strays.

To those who have reached out for help, I sincerely apologize for not being able to take in your cats. I wish I could do more but I’m only human, trying my best within my means. What we can do now is, let’s raise awareness together about the need for support in animal rescue. Every little bit helps, and together, we can make a difference! If everyone loves animals, do their part and stop abandoning, I believe there will be NO strays around. Peace and No War. This world will be a better place for all. Heal the World. 🫰🫰🫰🫰🫰
