Alhamdulillah, our nebuliser device has finally arrived!
We couldn’t afford an Omron, so we got a NO-Brand one instead but as long as it does the job, that’s what matters most right now.

At The FourFeet Crib, many of our rescued cats especially kittens and those with low immunity, suffer from upper respiratory infections (URIs). Some come in already sick, while others fall ill due to stress.

When they’re congested, sneezing or wheezing, nebulisation is a must. It helps deliver medication in mist form directly into their lungs; easing breathing, breaking down mucus and speeding up recovery.

Anyways, we’ve had to send Sayang and The Boss to the vet every other day for their nebulising sessions. Each session costs RM20 and it quickly adds up. But we had no choice. Their breathing was laboured and they needed help.

Now with this nebuliser at The Crib, we can do the treatments ourselves not just for Sayang and The Boss, but for any other sick cats who need it. It helps us save on cost, reduce the stress of travelling and more importantly, treat more cats faster.

It may not be a branded unit, but it's a lifeline. And we are truly thankful.

We have dogs at The Crib. And as a Muslim, I do take care of my personal hygiene, very seriously.

For those asking, I use this, "Clayze" to perform sertu (ritual cleansing) on my body after coming into contact with dogs.

Why do we do this?
In Islam, touching a dog’s wet saliva (like through licking) requires sertu, a specific cleansing process using water mixed with soil. It’s part of maintaining cleanliness, which is an important aspect of our faith.

Caring for animals is a responsibility. And maintaining cleanliness is our duty. You can do both.

They’re NOT dangerous. They’re just scared, defensive and hungry.

Stray dogs aren’t out to harm anyone. They’re just trying to survive. Most of the time, they’re simply wary of humans because of what they’ve been through.

So if you see any stray, please try to offer them some food. If you can’t, at the very least, don’t hurt them.
Kindness can save a life. 🐾💔

Thank you Abang Baik for stopping at the side of the road, just to feed this dog. Only God knows when she last had her meal!!! Allahu akhbar... Kesiannya.... Just by looking at the surroundings, this place seems secluded, far from people. And how is she gonna find food??? Whatever it is, your small act of compassion made a huge difference.

Came in and saw this bunch all snuggled up, sleeping together. 🐱🐱🐱

Cats love sleeping close when they feel safe. It gives them warmth, comfort and a sense of family. 💗

Just seeing them like this… makes everything worth it.

🐾 URGENT APPEAL: We Need 4 Three-Tier Cages to Keep Peace at The Crib 🐾

Dear kind-hearted supporters,

As we prepare to welcome a new batch of rescued cats into The FourFeet Crib, we are in urgent need of 4 three-tier cages.

We do have space but what we urgently need now is to separate the rescues safely. Without proper separation, there's a real risk of cat fights, stress and injuries.

These 3-tier cages will:
✅ Provide temporary safe spaces for new rescues
✅ Allow smooth introductions to existing cats
✅ Prevent territorial fights and reduce stress
✅ Help during quarantine and recovery periods

Each cage costs approximately RM150. We’re hoping to raise RM600 to get 4 units.

It’s time to neuter our teenage kittens but sadly, we’ve had to delay it because some of them are down with the flu. 😔

Please keep them in your prayers. May everyone at The Crib recover quickly and stay healthy. 💪🐾

We're slowly revamping The Crib doing some much-needed repairs and upgrades. Our hope is to make this little mini shelter as safe and comfortable as possible for our rescues. They deserve nothing less.
