Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Bandar Sunway. This role plays a vital part in driving our company's growth by building relationships with key stakeholders and authorities in the pest control industry, promoting our products, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Navigate interactions with government regulatory bodies like the Pesticide Board, Department of Agriculture (DOA), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Ministry of Health (KKM), DBTender, Dewan Pustaka, and others.
• Introduce and promote our products to relevant parties such as the Department of Veterinary Services (JKN), local councils (Majlis Perbandaran), Pest Control Operators (PCOs), Residence Management companies, Hardware stores, Landscaping companies, and construction and building material suppliers. This will involve correspondence and securing door-to-door appointments.
• Actively contribute to enhancing our brand recognition and achieving financial growth for the organization.
• Collaborate with company executives and sales & marketing teams to analyze current market trends and propose new business ideas that can optimize revenue margins.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, clearly outlining the benefits of our products and services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the pest control industry (highly preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and verbal)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software (advantageous)
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and achieve targets
• Valid Malaysian driver's license and own transportation (preferred)
