Kalau order direct dengan saya ke Malaysia timur, saya caj RM20 je untuk penghantaran setiap 20 keratan.

Kesian customer, beli ikut platform b2b ni, caj lebih RM60 untuk 10 keratan. Dah lah tu, saya pun kurang RM10. (dahlah harga promo)

Belilah direct, InsyaAllah, dah banyak saya hantar ke Sabah Sarawak Brunei.

Alhamdulillah saya pernah berurusan dengan pelanggan dari Turkiye, Thailand, Spain, France, Australia, India, Mozambique, Nigeria, Guyana, Venezuela, Guatemala, Singapore, Philippines, Canada dan US.

Alhamdulillah semua berjaya kecuali yang kali ke 3 ke Turkiye. Ingat sangat sebab keratan vanilla saya melancong lebih 4 bulan. Bila balik semula, keratan masih segar. Subhanallah.

Takdelah semua beli vanilla planifolia. Mostly farmer, and many collectors.

Anyways. Saya ikut jer customer nak apa, selagi halal, saya entertain.

Ringkasnya, berpandukan kepada soalan tu, taklah. Mana nak jual pokok orkid vanilla yang sedang berbunga 😁.

Tapi rasanya, pelanggan ni nak tanya, awak jual pokok vanilla yang ada potensi untuk berbunga tak?

Ok. Kalau soalan di atas, jelas sikit saya nak jawab.

Orkid vanilla yang saya jual, termasuk semua spesis, v. planifolia, v. tahitensis, v. planifolia variegated, v. borneensis, semuanya dari baka yang pernah berbunga.

Walaubagaimanapun, ketahuilah SEMUA ORKID VANILLA AKAN BERBUNGA WHEN THE FLOWERING CONDITION SPECIFIC TO THAT SPECIES IS MET.

"Having said that, orkid vanilla akan berbunga bila orkid vanilla tu met the right condition to flower".

Sebagai contoh, orkid vanilla planifolia perlu at least purata 4 minggu musim kering berbading dengan orkid vanilla tahitensis yang hanya memerlukan 2 minggu.

Antara syarat lain ialah, perbezaan suhu harian sebanyak 11°c antara siang dan malam, selain dari pokok itu sendiri hendaklah sudah matang yakni, cukup nutrisi simpanan untuk menghasilkan bunga sehinggalah menjadi buah.

Walaupun initial keratan panjang dan matang di gunakan, kalau nak mati atau tak menjadi tu, mati juga. In this case slow death.

Dari 10 tiang, purata 3 hingga 4 tiang tak menjadi. Entahlah kenapa.

Tapi, my theory is, not enough input to support the huge nutrient demand. So, the vine start to collapse, yakni, either die or shrink in length.

Bagi saya, its more cost effective to start planting from a short 3 nodes cutting.

The distance between the pole is too close.

Ni sebab, memang initial setup dulu untuk jual keratan.

Ideally, a minimum distance of 2 meters from each other.

Banyaklah sebab, tapi yang paling penting, breathing space.

Actually, they replied about right after. Thumbs up for that. Tapi the reply was not favourable. "Sad but true" (metallica 1991) In 1997/98, I went to a pizzahut in Bristol. Di pendekkan cerita, we ordered vegetarian meals (being malaysian muslims) and when the orders came, I found a tiny chunk of ham right smack in the middle of the veg pizza. I called the manager, explained and complained the situation. She understood, apologised, and replaced the wrong/faulty meal. The staff that prep the meals came to apologised as well. MasyaAllah. Bonus and surprise! The entire bill was waived! More than 100 quid. To us students, that was a lot! Alhamdulillah. Now that's how you go about and beyond with your customers! Of course, to waive the bill, etc etc, the manager had to fill out forms, and I had to give my details. No biggy, alhamdulillah. About a week later, to my surprise, I received a formal letter of apology from Pizzahut UK. I am impressed with their customer recovery initiative. On top of that, attached was a PizzaHut coupon worth 150 quids. Alhamdulillah. Bravo Pizzahut UK! Now, that is a brilliant customer service! What is 300 quids compared to a lifetime of customer's loyalty. I was taught about the same customer's recovery methodology whilst with exxonmobil. Now, 2024, it is safe to say, I will not buy any Khind product ever, InsyaAllah. Karat kot, apa ke bangang nye.
