Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and their furry friends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly attitude
- Answer phone calls, WhatApps and respond to emails
- Schedule grooming appointments
- Manage client records and update pet information
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfort around animals of all types and sizes
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
