We are a bunch of people wanting to see animals around us have better lives. At the shop, we cut dogs' hair, shower them, de-tangle their hair, cut nails and even play with them. If you are going away and can't take care of your pet, we provide boarding services. We try to let them out of the cage to wonder around during the daytime. We sell a bit of pet stuffs but we don't sell pets because we have a strong belief that they are our friends, not an item to buy or sell.

Our Aunty Pearl rocking her new harness in style.

It’s hard to get the right harness for Pearl as she has a small growth on her back that irritates her whenever we put on a harness with a wide strap.
This harness fits her just nice and the strap does not rub into the growth.

That happy face on G when she gets to explore the park, just a few minutes walk from our shop.

Walking our dog allows them to use their pent up energy from staying inside most of the time. On top of that, it’s a good bonding activity with them too.

Don’t forget to get a good fitting harness for them so they walk comfortably without pulling their neck😉

Too short? Too long? Too round?

Being in the industry for more than a decade, we learn to accept that different people have different opinions of what is cute to them. And that’s okay because ultimately, it is their furkid and they know what they like.

That is why at Pawesome, we communicate with pawrents on what cutting they like their furkid to have.

Having a window at the grooming room can be a challenge to us groomers as a single movement or faint sound from the outside can turn the heads of the furry ones to that🪟

Then again, that window is necessary for pawrents to watch how we groom and handle their furkids, which gives them that sense of relief.

Nevertheless, we are very thankful to our customers who understand this and try to hide behind the walls and peep through the window instead😆🙏

One of our favourite looks for a shih tzu. Short for the body and ears for easy maintenance yet retaining that cute round face B-Boy has.

He was so tiny when we first saw him and we’re happy to be able to see him grow into this fine red poodle.

Don - He may look intimidating because of his size and the stereotype of his breed, but he is more gentle to human than some smaller, fluffy pooches.

The only thing is he is not really fond of certain dogs so we take that extra precaution to not let him near other dogs.

It is really important for pet owners to let us know of their pet’s behaviour so we know how to manage them during their stay.

It can be quite a challenge to maintain a Pomeranian when their fur is so fine and dense. And when it’s shedding season, it can be quite a mess at home.

Ellie here gets a shorter length on the body for easier maintenance with round head trimming coupled with some leg trimming to give her that little plump look😉

Her name is Smile but she’s not smiling for us this time. Guess she’s going for the edgy top model facial expression🤭

This is our kennel boarding area for medium to large dogs. We take safety very seriously at our centre so each dog has to have their own space. Unless, there are 2 dogs from the same family and they get along well, which they can get a bigger kennel space (limited) upon request.

They each take turns to come out to our common area to stretch and do their business before going back to their kennels.

We are also very particular with cleanliness so that’s why the cleaning never stops at Pawesome.

Reason why we are able to stay in the industry this long (more than a decade) is that we enjoy seeing a pet all groomed. Nails nicely trimmed, fur properly brushed, and eyes all bright and not covered with fur. Seeing a groomed pet gives us the sense of fulfilment that we have done a good job.

And most importantly, seeing their pawrents’ faces all lit up when they come to pick them up after grooming😁
