04/03/2024 - I caught him red handed during day time. Imagine - using 12ft. Jala or Casting net in shallow water of UOKL monsoon drain. Not only that - he used fishing net to scoop live baby tilapia (fry) and staff in the blue box.
Note: In the ecosystem - we have a colony of resident otters in UOKL monsoon drain. Now - the otters have to compete with Jala or Casting net people for the same tilapia.
On Climate Change - the Jala or casting net people not only cast tilapia and also damaged the algae on the concrete floor of UOKL monsoon drain. No more tilapia on concrete floor to control the growth of the algae. The algae absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen in the water.
