I got my first cat 4 months before I am diagnosed with breast cancer. Once I started my chemo i had really bad allergy to my cat litter. I cannot stop sneezing whole day no matter where I put the litter box. Wearing mask while scooping does not help at all and I started to have rashes all over my body. After checking with my doctor I found out that my immune system is really low while on chemo and

the dust in the cat litter is affecting my recovery. How can I rehome my cat when he is there with me everynite when I cannot sleep due to the steroid in my chemo treatment. First thing I do is to try to keep the litter box as clean as possible. I changed to a stainless steel litter box. I tried all the cat litter in the market and found one tofu litter that matches my needs. High quality tofu litter is not giving me any allergy at all but it is burning a hole in my pocket.
