‼️ SCAMMER ALERT ‼️

It has come to our attention that someone is impersonating Poozie n' Beach to scam innocent pawrents with their cheap pricing.

Tactics that the scammers are using:

1️⃣ ALOT of them are running ads on Facebook right now with the title "Pet Home/Mobile Grooming Service", or super cheap pricing like "RM10 1st service" to grab your attention
2️⃣ You will then be prompted to a WhatsApp if you click on the ads
3️⃣ Once you are inside the WhatsApp, they will tell you that they provide grooming service all around Malaysia, even if you are not from Selangor ( First warning ‼️ )
4️⃣ Then to book for their services, you are required to login to their APP (Second warning ‼️) to make a deposit
5️⃣ Once you are inside their app, they will require you to login to your bank and pay for the booking fee, where the bank interface are slightly different than the legit one (Third warning ‼️)

Note: The bank site that they are using will record down your bank login details, and somehow they will be able to transfer your money out.

PLEASE be extra careful when dealing with ads online, make sure to cross check the phone number & details before dealing.

✅ If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

‼️ Important Announcement ‼️

Poozie n' Beach (Kota Damansara, Sunway Nexis) will be relocating out to a new location (still within Kota Damansara), and the relocating work is expected to take place at the end of this month, September. The opening date of our new location is yet to be confirmed.

Due to this relocation, we have decided to stop all our grooming and boarding operation starting from 20th September 2022 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE for us to prepare and embark on our new journey! 💪
.

Thus, we are regret to inform that all grooming and boarding appointments starting from 20th September onwards will be automatically CANCELLED. As a compensation, all cancelled appointments due to this reason will be entitled to an discount offer, which will be sent through WhatsApp.

On the good side, Poozie is opening our 2nd branch in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, which will be located somewhere nearby Bukit Bintang. Exact location will be revealed soon, so stay tuned for more info!
