Several pet parents have been asking me, how is my new year resolution of consistently exercising coming along?.

Honestly, after taking a break coz of CNY plus feasting away with lots of cookies to sweet drinks, I reluctantly got on the treadmill again. The dogs monitored and timed me 20 mins at 4.5 speed. But looks like all my efforts have gone down the drain with a big bowl of ice cream after lunch🙇🏻‍♀️
