There are many varieties of basil 🌿and Italian Basil (Ocimum basilicum) with dark green leaves, is the most common. It has a spicy aroma with a sweet clove-like taste.

Italian Basil contains Vitamin A, K, minerals and a varieties of antioxidant that can boost your immunity💪🏻 and protect cellular and DNA structure which may delay effects of aging.
