When my relocator asked me if I’m up to help this baby girl transit for her journey, I know exactly what she needed.

Time + Space + Understanding

The first day we met after she completed her quarantine, her pawrents flew in to make sure she is not too startled by all the changes she is facing. I still recall them hanging around my neighborhood just in case she needs them at any point of time. After they left, she did not allow me to go near her.
The message was clear and the space she asked for was given.
Fast forwarded a few days later, she will come sit next to me, sniff me, hang out around her fwens πŸ•, follow me as I do my gardening πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸŒΎ and no longer keep herself away. She learned her meal spot and will sit nicely waiting for her food to be served, finished them like a fine lady and wait patiently for me to remove her bowl.

My heart was about to explode learning her past and how much her Mama went out of her way to rescue her and not give up on her no matter how much challenges they face πŸ₯Ή
I am so blessed to be able to meet amazing people like her pawrents through furkids like her. Many times, fearful dog, especially when they’re not purebred, are often misunderstood for being β€˜aggressive’. In actual fact, it is just the other party’s lack of skill, knowledge and experience, so it is easier to just blame it on the furkid who clearly cannot defend themselves.
Kids like Noru is in fact the best dog to care for. They are discipline and well mannered. All that is needed is to earn their trust genuinely. They can sniff out any ingenuity, don’t mess with them.

So, meet Minoru 🀎
This is her favourite spot so far. I often wonder what’s on her mind when she gaze up the sky quietly like this. Perhaps, she is just thanking G-D for all the good things in her life.

Meet Ocean 🌊

Ocean was placed in Cherishlife Home and his rescuer went missing without upholding his part of the responsibility for Ocean’s upkeep for 2.5 years. One of his ear was sliced from abuse when he’s still on the street back then. Although it has been challenging, Aunty Winnie (the shelter owner) continued to care for him and all the other furkids in the best possible way.

His Mummy flew across the oceans to Malaysia πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ volunteering at for a period of time. During that time, she met Ocean and they fell in love with each other. She got in touch with me and the process of getting him home 🏑 has now started. He also passed his health screening and all thorough tests with flying colors 🌈

When we first met, he was sooo gentle. He knows basic command such as sit, hand, the other hand, and come. He’s very calm and chill. Barely barked at all. He gets along so well with all the other kids of all sizes. And whenever he get excited and wants to jump on me, he made sure that he land himself VERY GENTLY on me, so that he doesn’t hurt me πŸ₯Ή
He’s not just lovely, he’s so well mannered and very very sweet πŸ₯°

He will soon have his own IG handle to pen down his journey and adventures ahead. Be sure to follow him once it’s up β™₯️

From the moment I learned that she’s moving away, I dreaded this day. She came as this tiny little girl with great big soul 3 years ago. Watched her blossom and all grown up into a fine young lady (still big soul, like a Rottweiler) now. She has always understood everything I told and explained to her. Took up every obstacles ahead of her like a little professional powerpuff girl. I’ve always been and will continue to be very proud of her πŸ₯° Very blessed to have met her pawrents. Always loved how they paid attention to every small detail for the best of her welfare physically and emotionally. The amount of planning we came up with to not rile up her emotions before the flight was quite a plan πŸ˜„ It was so difficult to hold back my tears after sending her off, but I know she will continue to bloom 🌸 Going to miss picking the little excited bubbly girl up, I’m going to miss her insanely.
