Looking back on our journey, last year was monumental for PledgeCare. We expanded, got a nice new facility, and stepped up our product game. But in doing so, we lost touch with you here on social media. That's about to change!

Your voice matters. Seriously, every bit of feedback you share, good or bad, shapes what we do. We know your pets love our stuff, but we've also noticed the flaws you have pointed out such as:
- Too much crumbs (which we have since improved drastically!)
- Product too firm/cartilage/bone bits (which we have also improved our process to reduce)
- And we hear you on the price point too; it's tough for daily feeds.

Quality is our compass, but affordability is on our radar too. And so our promise remains the same: top-tier products for your furkids.

So what's in store for the new year? We want to create a balanced, affordable diet without comprising on the quality. And we're taking you along for the ride, documenting every step here on social media.

We're not entirely sure what the end result will be like yet though. Maybe it's partnerships, like the one with Protenga, or perhaps it's something we create in-house. But one thing's certain: we're committed to delivering the top-notch food you know, staying true to our local roots.

Your support isn't just a pat on the back; it fuels our efforts to give back to multiple animal shelters across Malaysia, nurturing our local ecosystem together.

Bailey, the Derpface Golden Retriever, has faced unimaginable challenges since his diagnosis of hip dysplasia at 8 months old. His previous owners were unable to provide him with the care and attention he needed, so he had been suffering and immobile for the last 2 years and even developed further knee issues, ear mites and even a UTI from holding his p*e in too long.

Hi everyone!

We have some major updates for you!

First of all, thanks to your outstanding support, we’ve almost run out of products! Due to this, we unfortunately would have to cut our sales period short. Instead of May 31st, our moving-out sale will be ending on May 21st instead.

Secondly, beginning today, our factory will stop production for the next 2 weeks (🤞🏻) to give way to our moving process.

Pledgecare's Facility Upgrade: What You Need to Know (Sale Included!)

Pledgecare has been committed to improving our operations every year since 2018. Our 5th facility upgrade is coming soon, which will combine our Packing & Shipping with our factory. This means better product quality, faster delivery times, and a more eco-friendly process.

To make the move easier, we're having a storewide sale from May 4th to May 31st, with up to 50% off selected products until stocks last. Please note that our production may be halted for 2-3 weeks during the transition.
