Happy New Year PledgeCare fam! 🐾
Looking back on our journey, last year was monumental for PledgeCare. We expanded, got a nice new facility, and stepped up our product game. But in doing so, we lost touch with you here on social media. That's about to change!
Your voice matters. Seriously, every bit of feedback you share, good or bad, shapes what we do. We know your pets love our stuff, but we've also noticed the flaws you have pointed out such as:
- Too much crumbs (which we have since improved drastically!)
- Product too firm/cartilage/bone bits (which we have also improved our process to reduce)
- And we hear you on the price point too; it's tough for daily feeds.
Quality is our compass, but affordability is on our radar too. And so our promise remains the same: top-tier products for your furkids.
So what's in store for the new year? We want to create a balanced, affordable diet without comprising on the quality. And we're taking you along for the ride, documenting every step here on social media.
We're not entirely sure what the end result will be like yet though. Maybe it's partnerships, like the one with Protenga, or perhaps it's something we create in-house. But one thing's certain: we're committed to delivering the top-notch food you know, staying true to our local roots.
Your support isn't just a pat on the back; it fuels our efforts to give back to multiple animal shelters across Malaysia, nurturing our local ecosystem together.
