Hari ini Pihak pengurusan Maobulous di Interview oleh pelajar Finance Inti International University & Colleges berkaitan industri yang kami ceburi.

Beliau memilih Maobulous kerana sudah berada di pasaran 6 tahun dan jenama yang sudah establish. Experience kami p**a sudah genap 14 tahun.

Alhamdulillah banyak perkara kami berkongsi dengan adik tersebut dari segi pengurusan, menguruskan manusia (pekerja), pelanggan, Standard Operation Procedure dan lain-lain.

Beliau tanya apa cabaran abang paling susah? Mesti Menguruskan kucing yang garang kan?

Abang jawab tak. Kucing paling senang nak urus tadbir. Paling susah adalah nak dapat pekerja yang elok. Ya benar sedaghe-sedaghe sekalian paling susah nak dapat manusia elok paling mencabar. 🥴

Paling kami seronok apabila adik minta berkongsi sedikit pengalaman dan tips di alam pekerjaan. Paling penting adalah dunia realiti dan fakta.

Sudah masa kita mengambil tanggungjawab mendidik dan berkongsi perkara betul dan fakta sahaja dengan generasi akan datang.

Sebelum kami bersurai kami bawa adik ni tour seluruh dalam hotel 2 tingkat ini dengan keluasan 3600sqft.
