CNY is around the corner!🧧🏮
In conjunction with the festive season, some additional T&C will be in effect for all grooming and boarding services, as below :
-Grooming-
❗️All grooming sessions are to be BY APPOINTMENT BASIS only from 21/01/2025 - 27/01/2025, with at least FIVE (5) days notice, subject to slots availability.
*Surcharge will be applicable for walk-in customers or bookings made less than 5 days prior, with rates as below and acceptance subjected to slots availability.
-21/01/2025 - 23/01/2025 : 20% surcharge
-24/01/2025 - 25/01/2025 : 30% surcharge
-26/01/2025 - 27/01/2026 : 50% surcharge
-28/01/2025 onwards : closed
-Boarding-
❗ Check in cut off day will be on 28/01/2025, only from 10am - 2pm.
❗ Check out will resume on 31/01/2025 onwards BY APPOINTMENT BASIS only with time slot as below:
-1pm to 3.30pm ONLY
*Time & date for pick up to be informed upon check in. Early pick up from initial set time will NOT be entertained. Late pick up subject to room availability.
❗ Advanced full payments are required to confirm your booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable for CNY period.
❗As per our regular boarding T&C, all pets checking in are COMPULSORY to be on flea & ticks prevention. We reserve the right to reject any pets if any sign of pests are found.
❗Free roam and grooming services will NOT be available from 28/01/2025 - 01/02/2025.

Business will resume as usual on 02/02/2025.
