🦩 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: Pelican
📚 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐍𝐚𝐦𝐞: 𝑷𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒔 𝒔𝒑𝒑.
🌍𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Found worldwide near coastlines, lakes, and rivers, except in Antarctica.
🥗 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁: Mainly fish, but they also eat crustaceans and amphibians, scooping up food with their large throat pouch.

✨ 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀:
1️⃣ Pelicans have a built-in fishing net! Their expandable throat pouch can hold up to 3 gallons of water while they drain out the liquid before swallowing their catch. 🎣
2️⃣ They are expert divers—some species plunge from the air to catch fish, while others scoop up prey while swimming. 🌊
3️⃣ Despite their large size, pelicans are graceful fliers, often soaring in synchronized formations. ✈️

🌍 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Native to Southeast Asia, found in tropical forests across Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
🥗𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘁: Omnivorous—feeding on fruits, tree sap, insects, and small animals.

✨ 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀:
1️⃣ Slow lorises may look cute, but they are one of the only venomous mammals! Their bite can cause allergic reactions and even deter predators. ⚠️
2️⃣ They have large, round eyes that help them see in the dark, making them excellent nocturnal hunters. 🌙👀
3️⃣ Unlike other primates, they move in stealth mode—slow, silent, and undetected, making them expert tree climbers. 🌿🕵️‍♂️
