Ada yang masih confused tentang penggunaan istilah SERTU & SAMAK.
Just a basic explanation here that I would like to share. 💕
PERBEZAAN SERTU & SAMAK
SERTU:-
Menyucikan sesuatu daripada najis mughallazah iaitu anjing, babi dan keturunannya. Najis mughallazah hendaklah disuci dengan membasuhnya menggunakan sekali air yang bercampur tanah dan diikuti dengan enam kali air bersih/mutlak.
SAMAK:-
Menyucikan kulit binatang daripada kekotoran untuk kegunaan tertentu. Semua kulit binatang menjadi suci apabila disamak kecuali kulit anjing dan babi.

As the red-eared slider is listed as an IAS in Malaysia and the majority of the world, Perhilitan will not release the species into the wild. There is no conservation value for this species because it will damage our ecosystem.
Once you buy a pet RES, they are not easy to re-home. Turtles are the most abandoned pet possibly because they are long-lived animals, compared to rabbits, cats, and dogs.
Are you prepared to care for your pet RES for a good 20, 30, even 40 years of your life?
Remember, whatever you do, do not release a pet RES into the wild. In fact, DO NOT buy a pet turtle unless you have a plan for what to do with it when you no longer want it.

Apa bezanya?
Sebab tu penting untuk bawa ke klinik dan pastikan yang mana satu.
Rawatan setiap penyakit adalah berbeza walaupun kelihatan ‘sama’ bagi sesetengah individu.
Kebanyakan rawatan untuk kurap boleh didapati dalam bentuk suntikan.
Tetapi, Tiada rawatan dalam bentuk suntikan untuk merawat fungus.
kadangkala kedua-dua jenis masalah kulit ini boleh menjangkiti kucing anda serentak pada masa yang sama.

Kalaulah ada injection untuk fungus tu, kami lah yang paling happy sekali sebab senang keje. Cucuk je.

And one more thing pet parents sekalian, there’s no such thing as semua penyakit boleh nak request cucuk2 then sembuh tau. Tiada.
