We provide a temporary, loving home for dogs and cats that no longer have their own home.

Tulsi Petcare Center is a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter that provides temporary refuge and treatment to abandoned and neglected dogs and cats waiting for everlasting homes. The animals in our shelter arrived here for a variety of reasons, including abandonment, rescue from a violent environment, including owner surrender because they are incapable or unable to care for them. Our animals are loving family companions who are in dire need of a forever home.

We had organised sales counter at Owl ZERO Waste at Jalan Lembah Permai on 31st August 2024.
Our rescued baby Princess came along to give free cuddles 😘😍😊🤗
