Toffee is not responding to the antibiotics as hoped 💔 She still has a fever and her gums are still very white, not regaining colour. But she definitely has more energy and is starting to show her personality ❤️ She has no problem with opening her mouth to swallow her pills but she clenches her jaw when it is heptonic vitamins - she does not like the taste 🙈 She has started purring very softly and just wants love and cuddles. Urine output is still way too little but she made a good poop - this shows her intestines are still functioning! Her skin is so sensitive and as soon as we start cleaning with baby sensitive wet wipes, she walks away. She is too sick and fragile to be bathed.
Toffee has a bit more energy than yesterday, a good appetite and just wants love ❤️ She is really in a bad condition and we suspect organ failure. She only made a very small pee in 24 hours and no poop. Vets will assess her on Tuesday. Please help us help Toffee! If anyone can send us some Hills Restorative Care a/d wet food, we will really appreciate it! It is not available in the north!
