SAIC 2023 AT LOUVAINE - May 2023

Two WIEJANDIE HORSES took first place out of possible 4 categories over 120km!

Congratulations goes to Elri Jordaan and her mare Wiejandie Aquil for winning SAIC Young Riders 120km (the horse that was first on the day test positive for doping and was disqualified). This was the Aquil's first 120km distance. At the Namibian Championship in Henties Bay in August 2023 the same mare took 2nd place over 120km. WELL DONE to rider and horse.

Corrie van Niekerk and his horse Wiejandie Nabil win the Standard weight category over 120km at SAIC and was awarded the Best of the Best trophy. Big congratulations to an exceptional rider and horse.

Wiejandie and Jabula Endurance Horses present at SAIC 2023:
Corrie van Niekerk winning 120km Standard weight on his horse Wiejandie Nabil in a time of 5:25:48 and claim the Best-of-the Best Condition prize! Congratulations Corrie on riding Nabil near the perfect.

Elri Jordaan on her horse Wiejandie Aquil 2nd in the Young Rider category. First 120km distance for horse and rider...Presenting Namibia as part of the winning Young Rider team against SA counterparts. Fantastic achievement!
