Young ministers be very careful and learn very well in the school of the spirit. Because the way some men of God are running ministries this day is overwhelming. It seems to me as if it's not the same ministry the early apostles run and gave us template.
Don't be in a hurry to arrive
Let's shun showmanship and embrace kingdomship.
For goodness sake MINISTRY means SERVICE
MINSTER means SERVANT.
Thus, you know that you have a master. You are accountable to the master.
The last time I checked Jesus is the Head of the church. Even if you have millions of members in your congregation Bishop! please calm your nerve because they are Jesus'......not yours!
The earlier you know this, the better you sap out of mediocrity.
The remnant of Jacob shall bear root downward...

Dont skip the process...tarry
You cant give birth without labour.
