*Is Bravecto expensive?*

*No, and here are the reasons:

- *LONG TERM EFFICACY:* Most ectoparasitics don't have long term efficacy. This means that you need so many bottles of such chemicals to fight ticks and fleas. These chemicals will kill only the ones on the body and in few days, fresh parasites are back on them from the environment and so you have to repeat the chemical bath.

- *FLEA LIFE CYCLE:* Understanding the life cycle of fleas will help you know how to fight them. Bravecto breaks the flea life cycle by killing fleas before they can lay viable eggs, providing excellent control of flea infestations. Once a week products or once a month products will not achieve this result as their efficacy wanes before the life cycle of the fleas are completed. Bravecto continues to work for more than 3 months thereby increasing your chances of a permanent solution

- *ONCE A WEEK & ONCE A MONTH PRODUCTS:* In most cases, the pet owners will forget to follow up with the next dosing and so the issue will persist for years. This will inadvertently cost the pet owner more

- *HARMFUL:* Some chemicals currently in use are harmful to humans and dogs and could be carcinogenic (cancer causing). Some are already banned in North America and Europe

- *FUMIGATION COST:* This process is expensive and you need to do it twice in one month. Minimum total cost is over ₦20,000 which is already more expensive than Bravecto that protects your pet for over 3 months.

- *DEATH:* Some chemicals used for the fumigation of homes and pet kennels when inhaled are known to cause serious health issues in humans and dogs have died in the process.

- *BOARDING KENNELS:* The cost of boarding your dogs elsewhere for fumigation to be carried out is another added cost

- *TICK & FLEA SHAMPOOS:* These may seem cost effective initially but the costs gradually pile up because you need so many bottles which will eventually be more expensive than Bravecto (over a 3 month period) and it doesn't solve the problem.
