International Politics vs Public Health: Recently, there was this rumor that the US caused the upsurge in cases of MonkeyPox disease in Nigeria. Thank God the US authority concerned promptly corrected and classified it as a fallacy! We at onaaraTODAYnews and Services® expected the veterinary medical practitioners both in the US and Nigeria to have since come out to shed more light on why the upsurge was a result of our public attitudinal stance of neglecting the warning of the events of the Climate Change and the effects of the Global Warming resulting as it affects the mutational activities of the microbial agents in their efforts at survival of the fittest conundrum. Same was the stance of the "Best doctors on Earth" (apology to Will Rogers who describe the veterinary doctors so) in the event of the COVID-19 pandemic where some veterinarians whom we at onaaraTODAYnews mobilized to speak to the world on the pandemic went on air FM Ibadan denying the possibility of human contracting the disease from animals. His reason when later queried by our Doctor In the House officer, he said the information might scare animal owners and start culling their animals and veterinarians might start losing patronage. What an unprofessional thought!
