i have actually noticed a few apps i mean apps built for veterinary businesses let me be specific, i have heard about 2 the vetconect apps and the cleva app i have heard about the @cleva app before , it was introduced to me, that we can use it to keep records, day to day sales, track debtors and other financial analysis considering that vets have limited knowledge in the above, i believe it is a needed solution, it will save you money as a starter because you do not have to suffer financial loses because you cant hire an accountant and you obviously cant do all the calculations i think the app is also available to farmers and farm owners the other app will be @vetkonect app i think this one connects pet owners to veterinary doctors closest to them @drabiodun_so can help me out here, because i have seen him promote the brand. but i had also seen the brand for the firdt timemon linkedin this is also an amazing solution it simply means you can be in the corner of your room and get help for your dogs and cats it also means if you are new in an environment, you don't have to keep looking around for veterinary clinics, you can use your phone! we live in exciting times guys here in the UK almost every business will send you to thier website and ask you to download thier app sometimes i roll my eyes, like just because i need a car to move houses?, just because i want to get a custom made cake?... 🤩 cheers to more apps bringing solutions to the veterinary space in Nigeria!!

OFFER PET SERVICES instead of opening your pet shop doors and always expecting customers to come, you should begin to think of other actions you could take to bring actively bring customers in emphasis on actively this is where offering pet services comes in you can begin to offer, for example pet care talks where you can help pet owners with information regarding ways to care for thier pets, what they should do when they just introduce thier pet to the home etc another example will be to invite an expert e.g a dog/catgroomer, dog breeder, cat breeder, a veterinary doctor to help out your community of pet owners. there are so many examples all you need to do is sit down and think of what your customers need in form of services since you already have the products then provide these services or collaborate to provide these services then market your products alongside i sincerely hope this helps ************************* make sure to click the "like" button🥰

i am still happy when i hear of see these apps, i will like to hear stories around these, how thwy were developed and how they are marketed, how people are accepting them and how effective they are turning out to be solving the problems that they were created to solve! have you used any vet related apps in recent times, i am about to try out a few, but i might not get as much interesting information as you because you are currently in Nigeria

This is why i am actively looking to move the brand online, we will largely become a tech enabled business and we will THRIVE in this digital economy... it is a big move, for us. more than being a good strategy at times like this, it is also a solution to be able to manage the business from any parts of the world. NUMBER 2 PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS i believe we need more partnerships in this industry more than any other, this is a personal view though. if you have a pet store, you need to realise that your customers do not visit your store only, by customers i am not just talking about those that are already patronizing you. there are those who like those that are already patronizing that will or might want to buy from you as well, it just that they dont know you exist i believe the word is PROSPECTS, right so you have to think of other places where they visit... and to get a clearer picture you will need to understand the needs of thier pet or guard animal as the case may be for instance they will need thier health checked(the VET), thier fur,nails and skin will need to be cared for (the GROOOMER) etc these are but a few brands that you can work with to access more prospects that could become customers and it works both ways collaboration could also be in form of joining groups and associations where issues around pets are top priority!(lets talk about this some other time) if you understand this one, make a comment about it and finally.. shullai continue🥳😏

KINDLY TAG ONLINE PET STORES If there is something i am particular about at the moment, it is the fact that i want to accommodate more online pet store business owners. since i have decided to run a business from abroad, na to continue to dey find a way around it, business is about problem solving anyway so, here i am asking for an referral tag petstores where you get products fro your pets, tag your neighbours who have plans to start a pet store tag a new petstore opening up, tag the online vendors you shop from just please make sure the stores are online and active!
