Surgical Emergency on a six (6) weeks old Broiler Breeder Chicken.
HISTORY:
A six (6) weeks old Broiler Breeder Bird sustained a cage traumatic tear injury with an extensive laceration of the cutaneous tissue (the skin) from the mid sternum of the breast down to the proximal end of the left thigh (lap). The poultry staff immediately requested for a knife 🔪 to salvage the bird, but I Dr. Jeremiah Ukwenu intervened for an emergency CUTANEOUS SURGERY.
