This is happening already. Virtually every career will be hit as AI (Artificial Intelligence) is taking over jobs. Business processes is being automated. In some companies according to Eri Worre in GoPro book, you now speak with machine not customer service representative.
Some manufacturing company like Longrich operates on smart factory thereby increasing productivity with less and little human input.
Management related jobs might no longer be needed as new field called Data Science and Analytics is now being done by computer for decision making. Invariably, people who have skill in Data Science are employed instead.
The Few employees irrespective of your job role would be pay rolled on performance and not number of hours worked as organisation will consider it profitable than the former.
Only people in creative industry may still have their jobs unhindered.
This is why am I advocating on a profession which has been over years proven to be a life transformer and will continue to be relevant as long as people exist and they need products and services.
And companies believed the best form of advertisement is 'mouth-to-mouth' form of moving product from the factory to the final consumer. Other cost associated to the value chain removed.
Education with certificate is very good, encouraged but can never be a pathway to Time and Financial freedom is not a function of certificate you acquired. Creativity, tenacity, persistency, consistency, self development, soft skills and problem solving skill does.
More certificate, higher role, more pay and less time to pursue your personal dreams and purpose.
Take a leap to see beyond.
The future is now. Start creating it.
Be deliberate
