This weekend gonna be verrry hot 🥵
Come and splash with your dog at the beach!

This is the time to join and learn how to swim your dog- safely and confidently!
All breeds and ages are welcomed 🐶

About the lesson:
- swimming vest is provided for all sizes
- don’t feed your dog at least 3h before swimming
- bring a floating toy but not ball!
- dog parents should go into the water as well (wear short/leggings and t-shirt)

Swimming isn’t just fun-it’s one of the best form of exercise for dogs, especially for those with lots of energy to burn, or with weight problems, joint issues etc. 💪

A little throwback to Sunday’s event at Expeditie Duin by StrandLAB Almere , where passing pups had the chance to try out some dog fitness!
Everyone was super cute and did an amazing job — no fear of the obstacles, especially with all the yummy treats I had on hand! 🐶💪

So, what’s dog fitness good for?
✨ Improves balance and focus
✨ Increases joint and muscle flexibility
✨ Reduces the risk of injury
✨ Great for both physical and mental stimulation
