Gaeltarra Eireann is our kennel under wich name we breed Irish Wolfhound since 1993. To us, the dogs are a true part of our family.

That is why all of our dogs live in the house with us. Of course the health of the dogs is a top priority, and because the dogs are living in the house we can keep a close eye on their wellbeing. When puppies are born, one of us will stay with the mother and her litter for several weeks, night and day. Of course new owners are just as important to ensure the health of the puppies. That is why we a

lways want to invite new puppie owners to vitis us first. This way they can see how the dogs live in our family and we can get to know eachother. Nothing is as valuable as ensuring that our puppies will have good life with their new owners.

Looking back at two amazing show weekends!

Weekend 1: Gigi, Luna & Deegan went to Gelsenkirchen where they did amazing. Deegan won the resCC, Gigi won the CC and is now German champion.

Luna made us very proud by becoming BOB at just 11 months.

McWraff went two days to Maastricht and won the resCC.

Weekend 2: We went to Issum with Gigi, Luna & Shanna, where we had a very nice sunny day.

Luna was 2nd in her class.
Gigi won the resCC .
And our Shanna won BabyBIS!

Shanna’s firts show!
We had a great day at the young dog and veteran show in Lokeren Belgium.

It was Shanna’s first show and she did amazing! She was Best Minor Puppy and had loads of fun meeting everyone. Dips also was first in her class. And Dot was second in a strong and large class of seven dogs.

We had an amazing and sunny day at the show in Erkrath with friends this Saturday!

Our Gigi got reserve cc and Dips got 3rd in her class.

Luna, owned by Wendy van den Berg - Stinissen and Wilco van den Berg, was fourth in her class. And Dot owned and bred by Mijke Verbeek was Puppy BOB and Best in Show!

Wow what a day, we now have two new champions!

Dips got Youth BOB, normal BOB and Youth Best in Show and is now German Youth Champion. Chelsea was Veteran BOB and is now German Veteran Champion!

Luna did amazing and was best puppy and Gigi looked beautiful and was second in her class.

What an amazing day at the show in Gelsenkirchen!

Today Luna was best puppy and did amazing in the ring of honor! Havana got a second in her class. Dips was Youth BOB and later on Youth Reserve Best in Show. And Chelsea got Veteran BOB and later on Veteran Best in Show!!

We had a great weekend in Le Mont Saint Michel with almost 100 Irish Wolfhounds!

Proud of our Dips who got a third place in a strong youth class and Havana who did fantastic with her 6,5 age!! Thanks to judge Louise Pinkney!

What a great day yesterday at Koln thanks to judge Andrej Kerpan and Nelly Ahrend!

Our Veteran Whippet Chelsea was VeteranBOB and VeteranBIS!
Baby Luna was BabyBOB and BabyBIS 3 on her second show with Wendy!
Youngster Serendipity was YouthBOB!
Havana was second in her class and won the resCAC and Gigi was 3th in class.

We couldn't me more proud on our girls!!

We had the most wonderful day at our first show of the year in Issum yesterday! Olaf Knauber was our judge. He was so nice and friendly with all dogs and owners. We really enjoyed showing under him and reading his critics.

The 4 month old Nox from our latest litter was the first to make her appearance and she and her owner Wendy did us all proud on their first show and Nox was 3rd in her class.

Then our Serendipity won her class and became youtBOB on her second show at 9 months, later in the best in show competition she ended up youthBIS3.

Next up where Havana (6,5) and Gigi (5) in open class. Havana won the class and Gigi was second. Havana also won CAC and BOB. Gigi was rewarded with the resCAC.

We finished the day with Havana winning BIS2!! We couldn’t be more proud of our girls doing so well.

Gaeltarra Eireann Serendipity went to her first show yesterday. Our 4 month old baby did very well.
She won Best Minor Puppy at the IWCB show. We are extremely proud of her and enjoyed the sunny day inside and outside the ring!

We had a fun weekend in Arnhem at the sighthound weekend. On Saturday the Clubmatch and on Sunday the Sighthound show. Very proud of all our dogs!

Our Havana and Groot became the proud parents of eight beautiful puppies last weekend, Saturday 26 May 2023. Two males and six females. Our Havana is a fantastic sweet mother who loves her babies.
