Veronique Swagemakers runde jarenlang haar eigen sportpaardenpraktijk vanuit de auto. De droom voor een eigen locatie met niet alleen een kliniek, maar juist een breder centrum was er eigenlijk al tijden. “Vanaf dit eerste idee, was het voor mij meteen duidelijk dat ik de sport en het veterinaire nog meer samen wilde laten komen op één locatie. Zo kun je veel meer in detail werken.”​

Sunday practice ☀️ when we have a bit more time! Now all exercises after one eachother . I will keep training with my friend 💕. One day we will be ready!!
I am super grateful to have found our team (a group of great colleague and trainers with a passion for horse health and sport) and new collaborations since we moved to our clinic and rehabilitation center EFMC in Moergestel.

Het eerste wat beoordeeld wordt tijdens een consult is de functionaliteit van het paard in beweging. Alles is verbonden om een optimale functie te verkrijgen. In de humane sportgeneeskunde is disfunctie de grootste risicofactor voor blessures bij een atleet. Dit geldt ook voor paarden!

Ons doel is om je extra kennis te bieden over biomechanica, management- en trainingstools in combinatie met medische ondersteuning om je paard te helpen om zich te ontwikkelen tot een (top) sporter.

Door meer dan 15 jaar ervaring en kennis in de paardengeneeskunde en nog dagelijks werkzaam als nationaal dressuurruiter hebben wij een methode ontwikkeld die jouw sportprestaties en die van jouw paard aanzienlijk zal verhogen en het risico op blessures zal verminderen.
