Eva came by the InnoPet headquarters last week. Her dog Pip is getting to be a bit of an oldy. Due to a heart condition and arthritis, exercise is not as easy as it once was....
They already own a pet stroller from a different brand, but as it is quite bulky, Eva looked for something more compact.
As there was no shop with show models near her, she kindly asked if we had one she and Pip could see in real life.

We were recently made aware of fraudulent webshops in the UK, that offer InnoPet products.
Once you pay for your product, it will never arrive.

The websites are named after real pet shops, and even use the real email address and phone number of the real physical shop.

If a deal on an InnoPet product seems too good to be true, it probably is.

Two examples of fraudulent webshops were whiskerspetcentre co uk and nortonaquaria co uk.

"The photo shows Maxime (behind) and Lenny, a tough boy of only 1 year old at the time. Maxime had Cushing's disease and lost more and more muscle power over the years.

I live in the city centre, so it's also ideal for running errands and masking the fact that I need a walker because of my rheumatism.

Unfortunately, Maxime passed away, but now with Lenny, I still use the stroller every day with great pleasure! I get more and more questions from people about the innopet, saying they are also considering buying one.

I recently bought a newer model with yellow and black, which is still packed, but I can't say goodbye to the ‘older’ one I've had since 2019 and use intensively every day."
