The Wolden Summer Sale is an exclusive auction of talented 5 -, 6 - and 7-year-old jumping horses and jumpingbred foals during the international jumping show in CH de Wolden (Veeningen). The horses and foals in the auction are selected by Jan Broek from Zuidwolde, the HBC stable from Boyl and VDL Stud from Bears.

𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝑺𝒂𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒅𝒂𝒚
✨ Another noteworthy moment during the auction was the auction for charity. This year, a dinner voucher from the renowned restaurant Narline from Zuidwolde was auctioned by the Duofietsen Foundation in Zuidwolde. This foundation manages a number of battery-powered duo bikes and will be forced to replace some of those bikes in the near future. To support the foundation financially, Narline’s dinner voucher was auctioned for € 3,300.
📸 The pictures give a nice impression of the atmosphere of last Saturday, we want to thank all the breeders, bidders and buyers and all others involved to make the auction to a success again!

𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐓 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞
Again there was a lot of interest in the foals that were offered in the De Wolden Summer Sale. 19 foals were sold by auctioneer Louis de Cleene to buyers from The Netherlands and abroad. The most expensive foal was Uriena T, a beautiful filly by Baltic VDL that was sold to a client of Jan Broek from Canada. The filly Una Beta ES (by Aganix du Seigneur) from breeder and co-organizer Egbert Schep was sold online to Sweden. This was followed by another offspring of Baltic VDL, Ubaltic M&M, which was sold for € 17,000 to a Dutch buyer. The average sales price was well over € 10,000, a good result for the breeders and the organization.

🔸With this talented filly, there is an opportunity to acquire a granddaughter of the renowned Grand Prix mare Think Twice II.
🔸This top mare won the Dutch Championship in 2003 under Leopold van Asten, claimed victories in the Grand Prixs of The Hague and Donaueschingen, and proved her worth in Nations Cup and World Cup competitions.
🔸Think Twice II has also made her mark in breeding, producing six international showjumpers. Among her offspring are the 1.60m level horse ABC Loreen ridden by Joanne Sloan-Allen, and 1.45m level horses such as VDL Groep Leopold and the KWPN approved VDL Groep Do Spiritivo.
