Maybe it's time for a little introduction:

My name is Janneke Jansen and I live in Zundert, the Netherlands.

I've been working with and around horses since I was a kid. After my Bachelor in Equine Sports I studies to become a remedial therapist. All the while I kept on teaching equestrians of all disciplines.

I love to learn and over the years I got several diplomas to add to my collection. A couple of those I would like to mention, because those courses greatly benefited my teaching: Parelli Natural Horsemanship Level 4, Franklin Method Educator Level 2, Franklin Method Equestrian Ball Certified and 3* Trainer and lastly Action Type Profiler and practitioner.

I would like for equestrians to have a better understanding of themselves, their body and their horses. We all started because it is fun to be around horses, I would like it to remain fun and a place of happiness for people and horses alike.

Tonight I'll give a talk to Franklin Method Equestrian Trainers from around the world about motor preferences of riders and how to use the Franklin Method principles to guide rider to optimal performance.

Riding is more than just sitting on a horse. It is important to understand your own brain and, when your teaching, understand your clients brain as well. Only then you can get to your goals in an efficiënt and non-frustrating way.

I'm very much looking forward to connecting to everybody. Seeing new and old faces and talk about teaching equestrians.
