Trenton resident arrested after fentanyl, m**h seized at Belleville place of worship

Items seized by Belleville police.
Members of the Belleville Police Service’s ‘Project Renewal’ wrapped up an investigation on Jan. 17, targeting the trafficking of controlled substances at a place of worship located on Bridge Street East near the downtown core. The operation resulted in the seizure of the following items:
Fentanyl: 31.5 grams
Methamphetamines: 24.9 grams
Canadian currency: $102.35
Cellular device
Drug paraphernalia
Ibrahim Muhia, 28-years-old of Trenton was charged with:
Possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking – Fentanyl
Possession of a schedule one substance for the purpose of trafficking – Methamphetamines
Possession of property obtained by crime
Charges have not been proven in court.
Muhia was held for a bail hearing.
