Animal Communication is telepathic communication with animals. In my opinion this kind of communication is very much the same as communication between humans, except that it contains a lot more than just words. Animals also communicate using images, feelings, physical sensations, memories, sounds, smells and more. Every, single living being on this planet possess the great gift of telepathic commu

nication, and on several occasions the animals have asked me to tell their humans that they are in fact communicating - even when their humans don't realize it themselves. Animal Communication is a good tool to understand your animal better. It is never a replacement to seek out a veterinarian or other professional therapists, but can provide valuable insight into challenges around health and behavior. That is why I feel it is important to bridge the gap between the scientific world and the natural world. When we all see the bigger picture and understand the underlying causes, it is so much easier to find solutions and treat whatever is the problem. Giving your animal the opportunity to communicate their perspective opens up the possibility for change. It is important to understand that change always begins with you, because the animals are so closely connected to their human and how they feel in their lives. So if the human is worried or stressed, the animal will mirror this energy in different ways. But a small change often leads to bigger changes down the road, so it doesn’t necessarily take much to gain a better life and relationship with the animal. As Albert Einstein once said: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results». So I’m a big supporter of the expression ‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ :)

I’m a licensed Animal Communicator from Flammehuset, Norway’s oldest school in Animal Communication. I have a lot of conversations and experience in my backpack. The foundation of the education is ethics, which is highly important to me. I have a duty of confidentiality, so you can feel safe that the conversation stays between you and me. For the past 13 years I have been passionately into self-development and have acquired deep insight into the human mind and our emotions. When I learned to understand myself better, I also gained a deeper understanding for the mental and emotional processes of animals and their humans. My dream is that one day there will be no need for animal communicators, because humans have realized they all possess the ability to communicate with animals themselves. Until then, I am here to help humans understand their animals better and to help them create better lives for them both.

SOULFUL SCIENCE:
🔸Dangerous myth busted about orcas 'attacking' luxury sailing boats🔸- 050824

Yes, it has been a lot about the Orcas lately, but what is happening to the Orcas is important for other species as well.

When we believe animals have ill intent (e.g. they want to hurt us or seek revenge), we get fearful.

And when fear is involved, we rarely see the whole picture. It is so easy to throw around labels and make them our truth. Like Orcas are vengeful and out to sink boats just to «get even».

How many boaters out there freak out when they see Orcas?

You’ll learn there’s a whole lot of them if you read the article. And they have gone to extreme measures to keep the curious whales away.

My heart bleeds!

I see this all the time; people are afraid of wild animals and in an effort to protect themselves from the perceived threat, they end up harming innocent animals.

Please take the time to read this. The world’s leading expert on Orca behaviour have travelled to the Gibraltar strait to observe and her conclusion is far from what the mainstream media have portrayed it as.

Frightened sailors have been using razor blades, explosives and petrol to chase away the orcas, but it could have a devastating impact. Find out why.

There’s a lot of talk about another great extinction happening right now and I am so sad to see how many of the wonderful wild animals I grew up with are in danger of being extinct! Our children’s children may never live to see the diversity on this beautiful planet.

If you had the power to save one animal, which one would it be? 💖

🔸Killer whales keep ramming and sinking boats. Scientists now may know why, report says🔸

Calling them killer whales instead of orcas might be one of the reasons the story of them sinking boats in revenge of a calf injured and killed by a boat went viral.

Orcas are highly intelligent and they are excellent at working together to achieve their goals.

If you, like me, love orcas - this is an interesting read

An international group of orca experts met to determine why orcas are ramming boats. The leading theory: They're bored and playful.

🔸Reptiles are Highly Emotional, Contrary to Their Cold Reputation🔸

For centuries mankind has held the belief that animals are inferior to humans because they are not sentient. The very foundation of animal research has been coloured by the preconception that we should not bestow human traits onto animals, such as emotions. This in turn has led to humans treating animals without respect, and using them for whatever they can give to us.

But the tides are turning and science is catching up to the true intelligence of the natural world. Is it just in time to save us from another great extinction?

***

“Reptiles have a reputation as cold, emotionless creatures…for decades, reptiles have been characterized as cold, unfeeling, and even primitive creatures.”

“Extensive research has shown that reptiles experience a wide range of emotions, and that they’re highly socially complex animals.”

“They don't follow the same sort of rules that birds or mammals follow, and so we understand them a lot less,” says conservationist JJ Apodaca, executive director of the Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy. “That just leads to us often leaving them out of important policy or conservation efforts.”

“Anxiety, stress, excitement, fear, frustration, pain, and suffering — all of these are emotions that humans might feel on a daily basis, and scientists have repeatedly found that reptiles experience those things, too, per a 2019 review of literature published in the journal Animals.”

“Because reptiles are our evolutionary predecessors, some researchers long believed that this instinctual part of the brain was the only part that originated with our scaly ancestors — and that without human-like brain structures, reptiles didn’t have the capacity for emotions at all.”

“Psychological studies show that lack of awareness about animal emotions, in general, also plays a major role in our misconceptions. The 2019 literature review found that humans are more likely to empathize with animals that share physical and emotional characteristics with us, which is why many people might have a deeper understanding of dogs and cats than of lizards and snakes.”

Reptiles have a reputation as cold, emotionless creatures. Experts say countering this myth could help protect them from habitat loss.

🔸Cat Whiskers Help Them Navigate and Can Tell Us How a Cat's Feeling🔸

I did not know that we can tell how cats are feeling by looking at their whiskers, did you?

And if they use the whiskers for navigation, how do naked cats (who don’t have them) navigate their environment?

I have included some the highlights of what we can tell from their whiskers, but if you want to know more and get insight in what you should never do with them, read the full article - it’s an interesting read if you have a feline friend

Cat whiskers are cute, but they're also essential to the wellbeing of your furry friend. Learn what they can do for cats and what you shouldn't do with them.

WILD WEDNESDAY:
🔸COMMUNICATION WITH SQUIRREL (Sqiurus Vulgaris)🔸🐿️

As I was contemplating this month’s candidates for Wild Wednesday, a photo showed up in my feed. It made me laugh and I decided Squirrel is the one! Check the comments to see the photo.

***

Squirrel looks at me to decide wether to stay or to find refuge up in the nearest tree. Her curiosity wins and she approaches me with the lightest footsteps. Her presence is graceful.

«I belong to the world down here and the world up there.»

She points at the trees.

«It is astonishing how everything looks different in those worlds, even though they are one and the same. It is an important reminder that our perspective should never be fixed in one position, because then we will miss out on all the other worlds.»

«Let me clarify. You live your life and you believe this is THE way to live life. Maybe you even judge others for doing it differently. I am not here to judge you for judging others, all I want is for you to reflect on this:

Out of all beings on this earth, there are billions of ways to live life. Billions of possibilities. Billions of mistakes to be made. Billions of ways to evolve. Now, when you apply that to your way of living, doesn’t your perspective come up a bit…short?»

«Again, I am not here to judge you. I am here to invite you to embrace the possibility that you can make small changes in your life and see a whole different life unfold. Maybe take your perspective up to the roof tops with me? I am always here to help those in need, all you need to do is call on me and ask me to walk by your side.»

«I’ll keep popping into your life to remind you of this possibility, but every time you tell yourself you’ll do it «later», the opportunities will not come as often. And one day, they might all be gone. I don’t want that for you! So remember my message to you the next time you see me and wonder ‘How can I change my perspective for the betterment of my life?’»

Squirrel jumps fast and gracefully through the grass and she doesn’t look back before she’s halfway up the tree. Her head pops out from behind the tree and she smiles.

«Until next time!»

And then she disappears into the green sea of leaves, high up in the tree.

🔸Understanding Animal Minds and Its Implications for Welfare🔸

Are you willing to rethink your relationship with the animal kingdom?

***

«In recent years, a wave of groundbreaking research has revolutionized our understanding of animal cognition, challenging long-held assumptions and reshaping the landscape of animal welfare. This cognitive revolution calls for a reevaluation of our role in nature as compassionate stewards rather than exploitive dominators.»

«Technological advancements have played a crucial role in propelling our understanding of animal cognition. Tools such as drones, artificial intelligence, bio-loggers, and acoustic monitoring devices have allowed researchers to observe and analyze animal behavior in unprecedented detail. These innovations have provided new insights into the lives and minds of animals, revealing their capacity for problem-solving, memory, and even emotional experiences.»

«The New York Declaration on Animal Consciousness, signed by prominent neuroscientists, biologists, physicists, and philosophers, asserts that non-human animals possess the neuroanatomical, neurochemical, and neurophysiological substrates of conscious states. This declaration challenges the historical view that animals are mere automata without feelings or self-awareness and calls for a more compassionate approach to animal welfare.»

«Philosophically, this discovery underscores the interconnectedness of all life forms and the shared capacity for consciousness. It prompts us to consider the ethical implications of our actions and to adopt a more holistic and compassionate approach to our interactions with the animal kingdom. By embracing the evidence of animal consciousness, we can create a more compassionate and ethical world for all living beings.»

«The cognitive revolution in animal research is not just a scientific breakthrough; it is a call to humanity to rethink our relationship with the animal kingdom. By embracing the evidence of animal consciousness, we can create a more compassionate and ethical world for all living beings.»

When Marshall came to me he had a different name. It felt like it didn’t resonate with who he was, so I just knew I had to find another name for him.

Only problem? I came up blank every time I tried.

At that time I lived with a man up in the mountains of Norway. His daughter lived in Chicago with her mother, stepfather and two twin sisters.

The twins were infatuated with Paw Patrol, and when we asked them (they were around 2-3 years old at the time) they immediately said his name should be Marshall.

So I asked Marshall and he loved it 😻

🔸The Misunderstood Genius of Rats: Mental Telepathy and Beyond🔸

It’s funny how synchronicities work; just the other day I was talking to my friend about rats and we shared stories of why they frightened us and why we don’t like them. And then, this article shows up in my feed!

Of course, the universe has a way to show me that all beings are worthy of our love and respect.

And now I feel bad I spoke so poorly about them!

Rats are peculiar animals and there is so much more than meets the eye.

Can you see beyond society’s villain stories of this intelligent and social animal?

Here’s a few take aways from the article if you don’t have the time to read it yourself:

«Take it from researchers at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, who recently proved that rats, like humans, can imagine places they aren’t in. But that’s not all – rat brains can also perform mental telepathy, making them a truly misunderstood genius of the animal kingdom.»

«..rats have a reputation for spreading illnesses, but they aren’t inherently more disease-ridden than other animals. They’re even quite clean, often grooming themselves as frequently as cats»

«..they actually play important roles in various ecosystems, including seed dispersal and soil aeration»

«They display social behaviours like cooperation, empathy, and group communication, have excellent spatial memory, and can even be trained to press levers and push buttons»

Now, I encourage you to read the chapter called «The Science Behind Rat Telepathy» - it totally blew my mind (in a good way)!

Rats are one of the most intelligent creatures on earth. Here’s how they use mental telepathy and why they deserve more respect.
