Job Description: Receptionist/ Admin - 10 am to 6 pm Full time only LOCATION : JHAMSIKHEL, Preferred Married

Responsibilities:
• Scheduling appointments for pet grooming clients
• Maintaining the appointment calendar and update it regularly
• Communicating with clients to confirm appointments and answer any questions they may have
• Keeping track of grooming supplies and order more when necessary
• Meeting customer demands and requests
• Providing excellent customer service and ensure clients are satisfied with their appointments
• Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
• Dealing with cash register
• Making sure that pets service and health and safety are met
• Responding to customer complaints and comments
• Assist groomers with tasks such as bathing, brushing, and drying pets
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for both customers and employees
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to staff members

Requirements:
• Bachelors’ qualification or equivalent.
• VET Tech or equivalent.
• Mandatory Work Experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous
• Prior experience in working with dogs would be advantageous
• Highly organized.

One day, a little boy heard a sad cry outside and discovered Jerry, an abandoned dog, in need of help. He brought Jerry inside, fed him treats and milk, and the pup happily devoured them. Despite the older brother’s efforts to find Jerry’s original owners, no one responded. So, Jerry found his forever home with his new family. Now, he lives a happy and healthy life, surrounded by love. This experience has taught us the importance of adopting and fostering abandoned dogs. They all deserve a chance at a loving home. 🐾❤️
