Great news. We will be starting trekking again!!! Bridget Henson has come on board and will be taking rides out starting next month. She will only be working weekends and maximum group size will be 3 riders. Bookings will still be made through me via Facebook, Gmail ([email protected]) or ph 063284818. There has been tons of interest so don't leave bookings till the last minute or you might miss out

It is with much regret that I have to announce that Table Flat Trekking will no longer be operating any more. There are a number of reasons for this decision and I would love to take the opportunity to thank all of the people who have been part of our wonderful journey.

Welcome to Apiti Rocky! This is the annual Carol singing walk from the Apiti school. Lucky Rocky enjoyed being the centre of attention. I suspect this is a totally new experience for him and he loved it

A couple of weeks ago I bought home our latest addition to the team, his name is Rocky and we are hoping he will be a great little schoolmaster for teaching. So far he is turning out to be a little star. In these photos Georgia, Abbey and Kenzie have all had a great time on him. The girls also had a go on Miss Pharrah, that was a real treat too.

Another great day with the horses. Today was Kenzie, first she had a go on Koko and then she got on Scout. She even had a go at ba****ck. Caityn also came out and she had a ride on the lovely reliable Les

November's been a busy month with the farm and not much time for riding. But today it was great to get back into it with Abbey and Georgia. We had a go at heaps of stuff, even ba****ck and doubling.

It's so great to be back in action after lockdown. Georgia Loveridge and Scout, and Abbey Manning and Les. Scout typically wants to go fast and hard while Les prefers the more sedate and cautious approach, very similar to their riders

Had an amazing day yesterday taking out Nicki Crawford and her daughter Holly Reed on Gerald and Les. Two amazing women whose company was really enjoyable. Thanks guys

Sisters Eva & Zoey were visiting their cousin Georgia and they all came riding today. Awesome ride and a huge milestone for Hunter. This is his first ride with a young rider, and he did super.

Barely deep enough snow to make a snowball, but it covered the whole farm. It also bought down their electric fence. A few bales of hay quickly convinced them to come back.

It's always a worry at this time of year that I might not be feeding them enough, but when they act like this I figure they're fine.

Nothing makes me feel better than feeding out on a miserable winters day. It makes me feel like father Christmas. Luckily there's no shortage of feed this year and the horses are in really good condition. No rugs on yet but after this weekends storm, I may be bringing a couple out tomorrow

Georgia had her 9th birthday and we had a mini games day. Happy kids, happy horses and the girls all got ribbons to take home with them. Tons of fun
