Had a nice weekend up in Blenheim with all three horses doing us proud. A couple of nice wins with Georgie Zukov and Franco Humbie. Thanks to the connections of Georgie Zukov for being patient, so good to have him back in the winner’s circle.

I am sharing this video from Renee Williams, it is part of her Professional Level externship. She is working 'off the body' to release the scarring from this branding. First of all, I admire Renee being able to maintain this position for over 3 minutes! OTB requires a lot of concentration and is also tough on your body. Secondly, it is fascinating how the horse is responding. We should never assume that branding doesn't restrict or effect the horse is any way.

Arrived home today after a great few weeks up North competing at Takapoto and HOY.

Cera Cassina was extremely excited to be back in the ring after not having competed since Taupo back in December. Horse and rider were a wee bit rusty but we managed to pick up-
⭐️3rd Takapoto Gold Tour Qualifier
⭐️3rd Norwood Gold Cup HOY
⭐️5th Olympic Cup HOY

Roxette ECPH handled the big atmospheres like a champ, jumping some good 1.40m tracks and qualified for Lady Rider of the Year. I’m very happy with how she finished the season and really looking forward to stepping her up next season.

We also said good bye to one of the team, Euro Champagne, who found a fantastic new home. Was great watching Chi and his new rider bringing home the ribbons at a HOY after only a week together.

Big thanks to everyone involved with our trip and the Carson family for once again housing our team in between shows.
