WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF CUSTOM PROJECTS?

1. CONSULTATION
We begin with a conception meeting – this is when you tell us what you wish for your alteration or fit out. You talk, we listen.

2. DESIGN
After our initial consultation we will draft up a plan and send you through a written quote. We pride ourselves on being able to quote with pinpoint accuracy for your horse truck or horse float alteration. There are no hidden costs, what you see on your quote is what you will pay for (unless something out of the ordinary crops up that we need to include, don’t worry though, we’ll keep you informed if this occurs.)

3. BUILD
During the build process you will share in the building process with us through regular photo updates of your horse truck.

Recently we had an Ifor Williams Horse Float in for some additions.
There was a post of it before it's additions were finished so I thought I would post the finished product.
We would like to thank our lovely customer for bringing the float to us to get the additions done, it was great to see the excitement when you saw them finished.

Recently we had a Horse Float in that we built in 2021, it came back in to have a Living Area installed in the front with drop down beds installed in the Horse Area. A storage box installed on the drawbar and a BBQ installed on a pull out shelf. It now also has an Awning for extra space.
Cath we thank you for having us kit out your Horse Float and bring your dream to reality. We hope you have many great adventures, we did love the excitement and happiness when you saw the finished product.😍😅

Can you find Jono?👀 👀 He's our skilled joiner who worked his magic on a leaky window in a caravan last week. He removed the window, replaced the damaged timber, and installed a new seal.

Paul has just got back from Auckland where he picked up a truck we built back in 2020. She’s coming back to the workshop for a bit of TLC. We’ll be putting new rubber in the horse area, replacing the Lino in the living area and giving her a general tidy up. We love being trusted with your Horse Trucks for many years after your build.

Yesterday we had the privilege of delivering a new 3 horse Mainlander Series Horse Coach to one excited owner!
The Living Area and two Luton's have been done in modern colours which all go nicely together.
The Horse Area is nicely finished with our sliding divider gate system.
All finished off with lovely graphics on the outside walls.
We hope you enjoy many great adventures in your new Horse Coach.🐎🐴

Thank you to our staff and our sub contractors who have been busy putting this Horse Coach together to be the beauty it is!
It's so great to be greeted by a happy and excited owner when arriving for delivery, even if Paul did have to be an arborist for a short time!!

Progress Update on one of our latest Horse Coaches: The back door frame is installed, the walls are in place, and the lockers are completed and undergoing final touch-ups. The hay storage locker is finished, and the kitchen and living areas are taking shape nicely. The bathroom is progressing well, and the storage cupboards are mostly done. Additionally, the electronics and control panels have been installed. It's exciting to see it all coming together.
