Before we can begin to treat an animal with Reiki, we need to understand the cause of anxiety, pain or distress.

The study of animal Reiki teaches us the 5 freedoms.

1 freedom from hunger
2 freedom from discomfort
3 freedom from pain
4 freedom to behave naturally
5 freedom from fear and distress.

If these 5 freedoms are not met then there will be an imbalance of the physical, psychological or emotional state.
Reiki can help to balance and repair.
