Good afternoon

As you all know, I only do one on one sessions, in order to reduce the stress for some dogs and offer a calm, loving environment.

For me to be able to still do this, I will have to ask again: please drop off your dogs at the time we've booked and also pick up at the time mentioned by me.

Please respect my time as well.
I also have to clean/sanitise between dogs and have my breaks, or maybe I have an appointment myself to attend to..

I have never charged a fee, for late drop offs or late pick ups, and I don't wish to do so in the future either, but please keep in mind that I am not a day care for dogs...I am a certified dog groomer who only does one on one sessions.

As the hot weather is approaching, it is essential to keep the appointments not overlapping
